⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had as a guest. After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel with my suitcase and simply wanted to politely ask if it might be possible to check in half an hour earlier. I wasn't asking for any special treatment, just inquiring. The reaction was completely disproportionate: Instead of a friendly explanation, I was treated very rudely by several men. As a woman traveling alone, the situation was extremely uncomfortable for me, as I was confronted by several men and felt unsafe and disrespected. Without a reasonable discussion or any comprehensible explanation, I was even banned from the premises. I had just completed a long journey and was treated as if I had done something wrong. I expect a hotel to treat its guests professionally and respectfully. This experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this kind of behavior towards guests.

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and I didn't even stay there. I checked out, having paid €160 for two nights, and they didn't even refund my money. When I saw the room, I said I wanted to leave, and my money was gone. The bed was rock hard, stained, and covered in hair. The shower only had hot water, and the toilet was scalding hot. Anyone in their right mind wouldn't book this hotel; you'll regret it.

Haben uns ein Event nahe der Ostermann Arena angesehen. Der Fußweg von 10 Minuten optimal. Die Zimmer könnten mal ein neuen Anstrich bekommen. Aber für eine Nacht sehr gut.

This hotel is an outrage. The moment you step inside, you're hit with a pervasive stench of cigarettes. The hallway is filthy, the carpets are burnt, and the entire place looks like it hasn't been renovated or thoroughly cleaned since the 1980s. The beds are rickety and feel like they'll collapse at the slightest movement. The bathroom is unhygienic, the TV only picks up one channel, and there's absolutely no comfort to speak of. Charging €60 for this room is simply outrageous. The hotel should really pay me €60 in compensation to get me to stay there again. Absolutely not recommended.
