3 weeks agoThe rooms were filthy, smelly, and in a terrible state. Torn-off faucets, old beds in the hallway, trash everywhere, and remnants of drunken parties (vomit) in the corridors...etc...we went straight home without canceling.

a month agoI booked this hotel for business. The room was awful. Baseboards were missing, there was no air conditioning in the sweltering heat, the window was ajar, making the room unbearably hot, parts of the room had only been superficially renovated, the towels were incredibly scratchy, and there was even a long hair stuck in them. But the worst part was that I couldn't get a bill on site. No one was ever there in person. The woman in charge of breakfast said she would forward my request, but I received nothing. On the phone, I was told to send an email to info-at-haven.de. Even after the third email, I haven't received a bill or any other response. This hotel and the chain behind it are a disaster. Period.

a month agoThe condition of this establishment is completely unacceptable and does not meet the minimum hygiene standards required in the European Union. The room had serious sanitary deficiencies, including bloodstains on the carpet and a general lack of cleanliness. Furthermore, the logistical management is poor: the hotel lacks a reception desk and forces guests to go to a different establishment to collect their keys. A completely undesirable experience.

After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel with my suitcase and simply wanted to politely ask if it might be possible to check in half an hour earlier. I wasn't asking for any special treatment, just inquiring. The reaction was completely disproportionate: Instead of a friendly explanation, I was treated very rudely by several men. As a woman traveling alone, the situation was extremely uncomfortable for me, as I was confronted by several men and felt unsafe and disrespected. Without a reasonable discussion or any comprehensible explanation, I was even banned from the premises. I had just completed a long journey and was treated as if I had done something wrong. I expect a hotel to treat its guests professionally and respectfully. This experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this kind of behavior towards guests.
