A must visit! I randomly stumbled upon this place on Google, thought we would give it a try. The service is very attentive, taking time to accommodate us, explain drinks, and explain the food. The quality and selection of the menu was top, they have various menus to choose from, or à la carte. The restaurant is social media worthy from the outside, and the inside took a contemporary alpine approach. One point of criticism, the price for the digestives seems a bit over the top (>20€ for 2cl). While restaurants make their margin on drinks, this seemed a bit excessive.
This was our fourth visit to the Pfistermühle, and every course was exquisite, beautifully presented, and a true culinary delight. We had five courses once and six another time, so split between the two, we enjoyed eleven different dishes. The service was very friendly, and we felt completely at ease.
