in the last weekhe hotel is well located and overall looks nice, but unfortunately our experience was affected by a couple of important issues. During the night, the automatic light inside the open closet next to our bed kept turning on by itself, repeatedly waking us up and making it very difficult to sleep. At around 4:00 AM, I finally discovered that the only way to stop it was to switch off the main power in the room. I chose not to contact the staff at that hour because I did not want to disturb anyone. Another issue was the parking information. When booking, the parking situation was not clear enough, and in the end I had to pay approximately $30 extra for an overnight garage. For guests traveling by car, I believe the parking arrangements and additional costs should be communicated much more clearly before arrival. The hotel has good potential and a convenient location, but considering its level, these issues significantly affected our stay, especially the lack of sleep.

It's that receptionist who truly makes the difference: someone capable of making you feel at home, of listening to you, and of giving the guest the importance they deserve.
