O hotel é fácil de acessar, oferece estacionamento externo gratuito e fica a aproximadamente 15 a 20 minutos de caminhada do centro histórico. Para quem gosta de caminhar, a localização funciona muito bem. O check-in foi rápido e descomplicado. O quarto é bastante amplo, tem temperatura agradável e cama confortável. A decoração, porém, é antiga, lembrando os anos 1980 ou 1990, e mereceria uma atualização. O carpete também parece antigo e passa a impressão de acumular poeira. O ar-condicionado faz um pouco de barulho, e o frigobar tinha apenas água. O banheiro é grande e aparenta ter sido renovado, mas a banheira é pequena e poderia ser substituída por um box com acesso mais fácil e seguro, especialmente para pessoas idosas. O café da manhã é bom, com variedade de itens nos estilos continental e americano, além de bolos, embora não seja excepcional. O principal problema é haver apenas uma máquina de café, o que gera uma fila grande e torna desagradável a tarefa de conseguir uma simples xícara. A estadia foi confortável, com boas facilidades para quem está de carro, mas a modernização do quarto e uma melhoria no serviço de café fariam bastante diferença.
