Well, we just left the store: I went to buy an official t-shirt and asked them to put my name on it. While a very nice sales assistant was helping me, her colleague (I assume the manager) interrupted and told me in a rude, silly tone that it would take an hour. When I told her that seemed like a long time, she replied that it could take up to a day. It's worth noting that there were only four employees in the store at that moment: we customers.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, a shame. I hope they correct those attitudes.
