Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana

Was not quite ok. They treat us... like thives. They took our money before, they took me for a early check-in 80 eur for 3 hours (check-in start at 3 pm and I arrived at 12 am), we ate at the restaurant and I put the consumption on the room invoice but in the evening they call me the reception to pay the lunch. After all, at the check-out they didn't gave me the invoice. Who is the thives now? I am disappointed! Shame on them. Shame you Hilton!

The hotel staff were simply amazing! We had an issue at another hotel (I had 2 different hotels booked at 2 different locations for 1 night), and the front desk staff and manager saved the day by going out of their way to help us with the issue we had at the other hotel. They were great throughout the entire stay, offering places to go, caring about our stay, etc., and always with a great smile on their faces. The hotel is very trendy and swanky - from the restaurant to the rooftop pool and bar to the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet! The hotel is in a great location close to many shops and restaurants and to public transportation. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Decent rooms but over priced for location and quality of service. The front desk staff consistently unhelpful and rude (except for the porters who were delightful). Compared to the Spanish chains such as melia and NH you don't get much for your money

We had a quick stop over night here and the staff was excellent. Dani made us feel so welcomed and took the best care of us. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable
