in the last weekThe room was large, and there was ample storage space in the bathroom. However, the hotel is generally showing its age. (Renovations have already begun.) Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was typical American fare. The breakfast room was a bit cramped, but sitting outside was much better. The pool and whirlpool were good, but also somewhat dated. Cleanliness in the restroom area could have been improved. Pool towels were provided, as were a water station and coffee machine in the lobby. Unfortunately, this was the worst Best Western hotel we've stayed at so far.

in the last weekWe stayed at this motel for two nights. The rooms smelled Mold , rooms were dark and very old. The toilet was the old style from 50’s it is so low that you can not. Get off it. There is no safety deposit in the room. They don’t have room service. When I asked the front desk to take my luggage to my room, they said they don’t have any one. Ii

a week agoWe only stayed there for 2 nights but we reserved 3 nights. After arriving and getting in our room we realized the walls are paper thin. We were hearing our neighbors all evening long. Fortunately they stopped at a reasonable time. However, we could hear people walking on the floors above us and that continued during the night. The hotel is very old and outdated and in need of a complete renovation. There were holes in the wall where the luggage carts are kept and during the day maintenance used the luggage carts to transport curtains and other items they were replacing in various rooms. They also left the items they were bringing to the rooms in the hallways and in some cases for the outside rooms the items were set in the dirt. The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. When we had breakfast it was like frozen and reheated food. NOT VERY TASTY! On both nights the WiFi went out during the night and we were unable to get reconnected. Loved the location and even though it is on PCH it was not too noisy. If they ever renovate I would be willing to take another chance.

3 weeks agoThe Wi-Fi is non exsistant they say they have it but never could hookup more than an hr a day .. the bathroom didnt flush i called reception needing a plumber for toilet and had to wait an hour for maintenance we had four more days here and no where to use the toilet
