in the last weekLet's start with the fact that the windows of the room face the inner courtyard, where people smoke cigarettes and the smoke rises upwards, which is why it is impossible to open the windows. We had booked a room with two separate beds, and upon arrival we received one large bed and there was no solution offered, only to stay and hope that tomorrow there might be another room, unfortunately, we did not get this. Another moment - the bathroom door slammed constantly, we could not close it and there was absolutely no order. The matter was also not resolved. The bedding - a cobblestone between two sheets. I will also tell you about the fact that when we came to the room from the city and were already in the room after cleaning hours, the cleaning lady entered the room freely, when I was in the shower and barely had time to cover myself with a small towel. Absolutely inadequate. I asked her to leave several times in English, and she continued to speak something in Spanish. The reception just called to say sorry. Absolute tragedy, the rooms stink terribly of perfumes, fabric softeners, detergents, and ventilation is impossible. There are no solutions to the problems, no refunds, no room changes. Don't be fooled by those asterisks next to the name.
