Lovely hotel that has great access to the city center via the tram directly outside the hotel, and there's a nice walk down the cannel a short walk away.
Rooms are decent but would suggest updating the plug sockets to have multiple USB charging rather than just a single one with it.
Service was second to none, by far the best we've had, the chap on the reception desk named Dennis was fantastic and helped us loads.
Okay, for a small price and a short stay – I wouldn't recommend it for longer.
The rooms are tiny, no refrigerator, no kettle, but okay if you only want to stay for 1-2 days. Unfortunately, the location on the main road is very noisy.
Breakfast was tasty, but unremarkable – nothing special. Bread rolls, a boiled egg, some cold cuts, coffee, but nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were friendly, but again, the service wasn't particularly good, and they didn't even wear uniforms. They spoke English, and some German, but broken German.
It was okay for the occasion, but we won't be coming back.
