We came for a football tournament. My experience at this field was negative, very negative, because the person (the woman with glasses) who runs the bar treated me and my friends very badly, with constant disrespect, aggression, and rudeness. We've been consuming drinks all morning, and even so, she didn't tell us to go to the stands, speaking with no manners whatsoever. I think it's very wrong and unprofessional that she wouldn't order more drinks after we'd been there all morning. Excuse me? That's awful, and not just drinks, but sandwiches too! Oh! She told us that the next day when we come back, we shouldn't spend all morning at the table. Huh?! What kind of world do we live in? If she doesn't know how to run a bar, she should keep her bitterness at home. She's rude, and another thing, she changes the prices whenever she feels like it. And don't ask her for ice because she gets angry, saying it costs money too. My son-in-law ordered two colas and asked for a glass with ice, and then he went to play. After he finished playing, about 15 minutes later, my daughter-in-law came and asked for a glass with ice because it was warm. She told her she'd already given him one, and he replied that she'd ordered two colas and she'd given him a glass... Helloooooo, what's wrong with that lady...??? Well, we didn't like the service; she's bitter, and we customers aren't to blame for anything... We'll go tomorrow, but we'll shop at the Mercadona outside the camp, and they're more polite and not ungrateful. And everything's fine with the camp. 👎🏼👎🏼
I'm giving it one star, not for the facilities, but for the bar in the countryside, run by a bitter woman who treats her customers badly, with constant disrespect, rudeness, and aggression. In general, I encourage you to go to Mercadona if you want to buy anything, because it seems she doesn't know how to deal with people. On the other hand, I thought the facilities were very good.
