Immer wieder wundervoll in diesem Restaurant 🖤

Viel Chichi, für wenig.. Heute war ich das erste mal dort zu besuch und hatte mir vorher die Rezessionen durchgelesen und dachte nur, der Abend kann nur perfekt werden Aber leider war das Personal komplett unorganisiert und auch einfachste Bedien Etiketten waren wohl zu viel verlangt. So wurde Essen über die Köpfe der gegenüber sitzenden Gäste gereicht , Gläser falsch beim servieren angefasst und und und und. Ich hatte mich beim Essen für den Grill au Bois Burger entschieden und mit 2.50 Euro Aufpreis die Süßkartoffeln Pommes bestellt. Der Burger war Handwerklich perfekt und von der Optik sehr Appetitlich. Allerdings lauwarm und dadurch kein Genuss. Aber ich wollte ihn essen aber konnte noch ein paar Bissen ihn nicht weiter genießen. Da je mehr er abkühlte der Trüffel Dip immer muffiger schmeckte.So das ich den Burger zurück gehen ließ. Was mir sehr leid tat, da die Qualität der Lebensmittel, exquisite war! Man bot mir zwar ein Ersatz an allerdings war mir nach der negativen Geschmacksexplosion der Wunsch nach etwas anderem vergangen. Auf Kritik meiner Seite was die Temperatur des Burger anging, sagte man mir nur, ich könne ja was anderes nehmen. Wir waren ca 10 Personen am Tisch und alle anderen waren zufrieden mit dem Essen. Die anderen Western Burger waren wohl auch nur noch lauwarm aber ohne den Trüffel essbar. Ich hoffe ich habe nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt und werde sicher noch einmal dort essen gehen. Natürlich habe ich meinen Burger bezahlt aber ich hatte ja etwas gehofft, das man mir aus Kulanz die 2.50Euro für die Süßkartoffeln Pommes als Entschädigung anbietet, aber Pustekuchen..

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. We arrived around 7:30 PM, just the two of us, without a reservation. We understood that the restaurant might be full and that we would have to wait a bit, but that was not the case. It only became difficult because communication was conducted entirely in German and we did not understand the explanation. Eventually, someone from the kitchen came out who did speak English and explained to us that starters were no longer available because the chef had already gone home for them. Since our German was not good enough. Next, I ordered a ribeye and my girlfriend a beef steak. A little later, we were informed that the ribeye was sold out, so we both opted for the beef steak. The steaks were cooked nicely and the presentation looked neat. Unfortunately, they were both very tough. I am a butcher, you see. Especially considering the prices charged for meat here, we found that really disappointing. We can understand that certain dishes are no longer available at a later hour. However, the combination of difficult communication, the lack of alternative communication in English, and especially the quality of the meat meant that our experience was unfortunately not what we had expected. For these prices, we clearly expect more.
