in the last weekMy boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for five nights. As soon as we made the reservation, we tried to cancel it a few minutes later. Booking.com was very understanding and did everything they could, but the hotel refused the cancellation. In the end, it was indeed our mistake, so too bad for us. However, regarding the stay itself, we were quite disappointed. The hotel is located in a neighborhood we found particularly unsafe: drugs, syringes, prostitution… We didn't feel very comfortable in the area, especially coming home in the evening. For nearly €900 for five nights, we find this hard to justify. The neighborhood disappointed us, the hotel is quite dated, and the bedding was really uncomfortable. We even came back from our vacation with back pain, which is a shame for a stay at this price. I really enjoy Athens, but unfortunately, I didn't like my experience at this hotel. Since I was with my boyfriend, we put up with it, but personally, I wouldn't have felt comfortable alone in that neighborhood. For that price, I think it's possible to find accommodation in a much nicer and more reassuring environment. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel, and in hindsight, I would definitely have preferred to stay somewhere else.

in the last weekI would avoid staying here at all costs purely because of the location. The streets adjacent to the hotel are filthy and completely unsafe due to the large number of drug users on them. We stayed here for a work trip and while the meeting rooms were very convenient and staff very friendly, we were too afraid to even walk 5 minutes for a coffee. The rooftop is a nice addition but the rooms are quite dated and could do with updating.
