Novotel Sevilla

Nos quedamos una noche después de pasar el día en Isla Mágica (Sevilla), y al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos una arañas muy grande en la pared, y poca limpieza en el pasillo, el desayuno poco variado. Nos pusieron una cama supletoria para dos niños pequeños y durmieron fatal.

Hotel: The room was very outdated. As a frequent guest of the Accor group and Novotel hotels, I was very disappointed with the quality of the room. The bathroom grout wasn't very clean... the complimentary tray was dusty and the spoons were stained, the sofa armrest was brown (and I'm not exaggerating) for a sofa that was supposed to be gray, the desk chair was stained... the air conditioning was very noisy... One expects a higher level of service for a 4-star hotel... and for the price. It's a shame because the room facing the stadium was very quiet for 4 nights. I personally found the location very good as I enjoy walking. However, it's ideal for catching the Ea line to get back to the airport. Metro line 1 is just a few meters away, ideal for getting down to Puerta de Jerez (Real Alcázar...). That being said, the breakfast buffet was perfect, and the service staff were pleasant and smiling, as were the reception staff.
