Had an amazing experience at Haus am Park. we arrived close to closing and only speaking English, and they were so welcoming and fantastic! the service was great and food was excellent! thank you for going the extra mile for us. we even watched the first half of the world cup final!

We were here with a group after a funeral, for which we had made a reservation in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disappointment and an organizational disaster.
Although we had made a reservation, nothing was prepared upon our arrival, and we were simply given the standard menu. During the ordering process, it turned out that half of the dishes weren't even available.
Communication & Waiting Times: The service was extremely unprofessional. We had all ordered the starter soups – only after a good 20 to 30 minutes did the server return to inform us that there was only one type left. For other main courses, it sometimes took 30 to 40 minutes before we were subsequently informed that they weren't available at all.
Prioritization & Side Dishes: Almost all of us were forced to settle for schnitzel. We were told there were no more fries. The absolute worst part, however, was that a group that arrived an hour after us not only received their food before us, but also schnitzel with the fries that were supposedly unavailable to us. Such treatment of guests is outrageous.
Dessert: The crème brûlée for dessert was unfortunately also not very tasty.
Overall, we felt completely unwelcome as a private party. Especially after a funeral, one would expect a different setting.

First of all, it should be mentioned that there is on-site parking next to the entrance... From the outside, the restaurant is quite unassuming... but the interior is very, very beautiful... I wouldn't have expected to find such a Mediterranean flair... not only was the food incredibly delicious but the service was also unbeatable... very friendly without being intrusive... as a guest, you quickly get the impression that you are truly welcome... thank you so much for the lovely hours we spent as guests... we will be back
