We did both the Rooftop Tour and the regular tour. The views from the top are good, but I'm not sure if it's worth the price.
There was a concert going on, so we couldn't see the pitch.
The AC Milan dressing room wasn't open, and we couldn't see it, without any explanation.
It's a legendary stadium, and the tour lets you see many places that would otherwise be very difficult to access. For the price, I think once is more than enough. I would only go back for a match.
