The Fox and Hound

We had reserved a table outside and, even though it was practically empty, we were seated in the far corner of the garden next to the trash can. The drink selection was okay, but they were overpriced considering the ambiance. I absolutely cannot recommend the food. I ordered the chicken burger with fries. The burger meat was breaded and had hardly any flavor, just a faint hint of marinated grilled steak. The fries were visibly undercooked and therefore cold and soggy. The mayonnaise arrived with separated oil and dried skin – it had obviously been unrefrigerated and should not have been served like that. I didn't dare try the coleslaw. The plate went back more than half full. Other people at my table had sandwiches and fries, which they also partially sent back. The garlic bread we ordered was dripping with oil and also went back. The service was friendly and efficient, but in the end, that made no difference. I certainly won't be coming back.

A relaxed place with delicious cocktails. The service is friendly, but sometimes a bit overwhelmed. Food portions could be larger for the price. The air conditioning is rather mediocre, but you can sit outside when the weather is nice.
