a month agoGreat location for going to crypto and convention center events, nice facilities and love the rooftop heated pool and in room tub. Very large and comfortable bed. Tranquil environment compared to JW next door. Most staffs were friendly from front desk to room service. However, bellmen and doormen were being inconsistent, inattentive and sometimes rude. Throughout my stay I was only helped a very few times going in and out of the hotel door, even I got luggage or other things on hand and needed help opening the hotel door since it was not an automatic one. I was even ignored when I tried to greet them first. They seemed to be more interested in chatting instead of helping hotel clients. Sadly, these small details have degraded the overall experience from perfect to good.
