in the last weekFor a few nights, the hotel is perfectly fine. It's a shame that there's only one employee on site during peak check-in times. It's understandable that this employee is completely overwhelmed (but still friendly), as they also have to be the bartender. This is very unfortunate and doesn't make a good impression on guests right from the start. They rely solely on self-check-in, which is obviously not easy for older people. What a pity... The rooms are clean and perfectly adequate, unfortunately with limited storage space and no wastebasket/paper basket outside the bathroom. The breakfast is also perfectly fine, but perhaps more attention should be paid to ensuring the cutlery and dishes are clean and the tables are wiped down more frequently. Despite everything, we would definitely come back for a short trip.

in the last weekA clean, functionally furnished hotel. Ideal for an overnight stay after attending an event at the arenas in Volkspark, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

in the last weekEin neu renoviertes, zweckmäßiges Hotel.

in the last weekCheck-in/check-out is straightforward and can be contactless if desired. The rooms are small and clean. Breakfast is very basic and seating is limited. It's advisable to arrive early or eat breakfast elsewhere. The location near the Barclays Arena is a huge plus. A great hotel for concertgoers.
