Half an hour before the match between Celta and Osasuna on August 27, 2026, I bought an official jersey and wanted it printed as a gift. They told me it couldn't be done until after the match. So I left the stadium five minutes before the final whistle. I handed in my ticket, and two minutes later I realized they hadn't done anything. I rushed back, and their excuse was that they were very busy. They did a rushed print job that turned out terribly. Very disappointing.
The other day I stopped by the Balaídos store and was helped by a saleswoman who I think was called Nadia. I'd like to highlight her professionalism and how pleasant she was. It's a pleasure to be treated like that.
