Hotel Hesperia Vigo

A problem throughout the city is the lack of parking.

Our experience at this hotel was mediocre. Upon arrival, we called to request that the parking lot be opened, and they put us on hold for five minutes. We had to go to reception, leaving the car double-parked, and to our surprise, they were talking amongst themselves while the call was still on hold. The parking lot is extremely small, and the exit is a steep ramp that you have to drive at a considerable speed. There are no signs or mirrors to prevent hitting pedestrians. The room is far from what you'd expect from a four-star hotel. None of the soap dispensers worked; we had to take them apart to use the soap. The room went from freezing cold to unbearably hot outside these days, and we didn't even have a blanket to cover ourselves. The television couldn't be controlled remotely; it says "smart TV," but it isn't. The breakfast buffet was average.

Um sítio ótimo para ficar no centro de vigo e estar a poucos minutos a pé das principais atrações da cidade galega. Se grandes luxos, mas tinham tudo o que era necessário para uma boa estadia. O pequeno-almoço era muito bom. Tem garagem.
