One of the worst apartments places I have ever stayed. Yes, the view is amazing. Thats it (thats why it go 2 stars). You pay way too much. You are forced to wear a t-shirt to go to the swimming pool just to take it off again to sit at the swimming pool (talking 5m of walking). They also managed to put a total of 4 uncomfortable chairs there. Wow! You think in today's age builders learned how to build an apartment. No. The shower is slanted so the water runs into the bathroom. You need to book EVERYTHING in advance. One more app in the world of billion or apps. Book the abysmal gym or the pool a guard that blocks the entrance in front of a fence. Safety: you need the key card to exit the garage. Exit must always be easy and free to use. Feeling safe or in a prison and watched all the time? You choose. The bathroom ceiling already had an issue (not bad for a new building). I dont want to know how it looks in 3 years. There are also no cafes or restaurants close by. I will not return.
Shameful...no one from Malaga will tolerate such a skyscraper in their city, an icon of speculation by foreign vulture funds. They should be demolished.
Beautiful apartments without balconies. Rooftop pool without sunbeds; you lie on concrete. I found that really disappointing, as the photos suggested otherwise. However, if anything was missing from the apartment, it was bought and delivered immediately; very good service. A large shopping center is within walking distance, and Mercadona is also a 2-minute walk away. A taxi to the center costs €5, and a bus also stops right outside the door. I would definitely return if there were actually sunbeds by the pool.
