Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Snow Hill by IHG

I stayed with my family over the weekend and realised afterwards that I completely forgot to leave a review I especially wanted to mention a young lady named Kim. She was so friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with such a bright smile and making sure we had everything we needed. I could tell she seemed a little down at times, but she still remained positive, smiling and helping everyone around her. That really stood out to me🤩 My children were particularly fond of her because she was always helping us get things for them and was so patient and kind. It was also lovely to see young Black people being given opportunities to work. Kim was a credit to the team, and the rest of the staff were also very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again✨

The hotel was easy to get to from New Street Station, a bit of a walk but not bad. The desk clerks all helpful and dealt with us professionally The rooms, clean and simple, not bad for the purpose of staying somewhere for a night or two The breakfasts, were fine The price, was fine. All in all a place to stay.

Amazing Place for enjoying food

Great stay at this hotel for the first time. Good location, nice and quiet and the room had everything we needed, very clean and very satisfied with our stay, breakfast was really good aswell.
