2 weeks agoWent for afternoon tea and loved it. I would 100% recommend it to everyone. I'm a vegetarian and the opinions were beyond expectations. You can either park at Snow Hill car park or get the train/tram. It's a short walk opposite the park. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They all smile and make everyone feel welcome.

2 weeks agoHotel was generally underwhelming. It had a somewhat sparse feel. Room on 6th floor was spacious and quiet. Sheets and pillows poor quality tho slept OK. Only a few teabags with little choice but fresh milk. Didn't really want anymore but it's about the feel. Staff courteous. Breakfast was free with room rate (£256) but was so awful that free seems too expensive. Good location. Would not return.
