Clayton Hotel Chiswick

The hotel is fine, just had issues with my room. Pillows were too hard, when asked for softer ones, they were barely an improvement. The automatic fan on the thermostat did not work, I had to either have it on or off at all times. The water temperature lever moved while taking a shower.

The stay exceeded my expectations! The staff was courteous and understanding. Very co-operative. The stay itself was comfortable and luxurious. The room was extremely spacious and the bathroom was also very cool. The room was very well equipped. I will happily come again!
