She left us waiting at the Airport waiting for the shuttle, after making me call her 3 times to confirm that I was at the correct shuttle stop. I’m a mother traveling with three children, one of who is autistic. The other hotels around the airport have more frequent shuttles and more professional staff.

in the last weekWe stayed here before our cruise on MSC. The hotel was nice, clean, and the employees were very helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious. Our room was quiet and clean, no complaints. We'll definitely stay here again.

a week agoI booked this hotel thinking it was going to be an easy access from the NU stadium and Airport. Well it’s not! Walking distance is 42 minutes while in car 4 mins. It’s not a friendly sidewalk location. Noise was expected due to the proximity of the airport. But the doors of each room have no self-closing mechanism that will avoid it from slamming every single time someone comes in and out of their room. Very loud banging noise. Another issue that I had for me was the A/C. It’s either too hot or too cold. I don’t think the rooms are well insulated. Breakfast is decent for the money you pay at this location. Hope this review helps someone.

a week agoWorst experience ever. To start the receptionist was not friendly and didn't inform us of our room or breakfast. She didn't want to deal with us. Then the room was horrible. I've always stayed in a holiday inn and never experienced such a horrible experience. Besides it's near the airport so if you don't mind the airplanes constantly you are good but if you want to relax don't recommend.
