in the last weekPoor management control is driving away loyal guests We stay here regularly for weekend getaways, but the total lack of rule enforcement is ruining this hotel. During our last stay, a disruptive group completely took over the pool area—blasting a massive speaker, monopolizing the BBQ grill all day, and bringing outside glass bottles of alcohol while ignoring the bar. It ended in a fight among themselves, forcing guests to call the police before the group fled. Management is letting disruptive, non-spending groups ruin the stay for paying, loyal guests. If you don't enforce basic safety and pool rules immediately, you will lose your repeat clientele.

in the last weekStayed here for 7 nights. 1st room I booked had inoperable lights. Front desk staff changed my room immediately. The only rooms available were an upgrade and they allowed me to stay there for the duration even though Im sure another room comparable to what was originally booked became available during my stay. Staff were very kind especially Tori and dining staff lady Ms Maiz. Ms. Maiz was very hospitable and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. I only wish parking was free. Twenty ($20.00) dollars a day for parking is too much. However, tge valet staff was very kind and expeditious with retrieving my vehicle. The only reason I cant give the hotel 5 stars across the board is becauseof the high parking fee. The hotel is located very close to the airport and places to eat and stores are not to far away, although Id say you need a vehicle to get around.
