in the last weekACs were broken and we were only notified upon arrival, which was a big disappointment during a London heatwave. Tech felt dated; a couple of the facilities were broken. Room was otherwise clean, staff were kind. I recommend picking a different Z hotel location in the city

2 weeks ago5 stars at rate we paid. Room interior design brilliant use of downstairs windowless room. Brilliant interior designer. I also used table upstairs for online tasks. All staff were polite or gracious. Super clean and modern. Brits don't tout their brilliance but tourists need to know. Quality workmanship too.
