in the last weekHad a most enjoyable stay for 4 nights. As part of my rewards membership I was able to get a room upgrade which was on the 5th floor, quiet and roomier. Staff were always helpful and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Hotel is in a great location close to all forms of transport including river ferries and tube or easy walk to Westminster and Southbank. That's why we choose to stay here whenever we come to London. Only slight negative was the room could have been slightly cleaner in a few spots. Overall a great place to stay.

Personale molto preparato a soddisfare ogni eventuale esigenza della clientela. A tal riguardo rivolgo un apprezzato compiacimento alla sig. Cinzia, persona preparata professionalmente e molto attenta alla risoluzione di eventuali esigenze della clientela. Inoltre ringrazio il sig. Andrea e la sig.
