in the last weekStay on lower ground floor … the corridor has not been hoovered in weeks… disgusting … told the robot Hoover has been taken to another site… unacceptable.. I have offered to bring my Hoover ( Henry ) from home and they can use it.. we stay here often the standards of cleanliness has completely gone down hill… And smell before entering smells of lavatory!!!
