3 weeks agoStarted out terrible. We have stayed here before when we had a ground floor room with walk in shower, no complaints. This time are on the 3rd floor in a suite but what a disappointment. Room old and tired with over the bath shower and green mouldy looking sealant round the shower panel. Paid less before for a better room last time. Soooooo disappointed . Advised reception of our disappointment and got offered to be moved immediately. Shown room, which was much nicer. Cannot commend staff enough for their positive and swift action. Was really embarrassed to make complaint but so glad i did. Thank you to the man on reception, completely restored my faith and made our stay so much nicer.
