I stayed with my mother from the 25th of July until the 1st of August. Even though the hotel is awarded I had a mid experience. First of all their housekeeping service is every three days and they told us that upon request they can come earlier. I requested housekeeping and nobody came, we didn’t even have toilet paper. Also, they have a venting machine which after two days didn’t have half of the products and then it stopped operating and nobody did anything about that. Moreover, the bar was closed from Sunday to Tuesday which was not nice. Generally, I expected a better experience in a hotel like this. Finally, the staff wasn’t friendly and several employees were rather rude. The location is perfect and also the card they offered us for the public transportation was highly appreciated.
