It's a hotel with small rooms, but it's clean and the breakfast is simple. The location isn't bad, near Borough Market, and there are excellent bus connections to different parts of the city. Breakfast includes regular and wholemeal white bread, croissants, fried eggs, beans, yogurt, cereal, nuts, regular milk, soy milk, and oat milk. Orange and apple juice are also included.

Rooms are 3/5. Checkout 11am I think. The bed was extremely hard like I thought I was lying on planks! No bed bugs at least! Room 227 I think, near bathroom. 1 shower needs a rack or basket for personal shower products. I hate that the room doors loudly slam. Fridge, water, fruit all great touches. I left the windows open in evening and found a small bug crawling on my luggage. Maybe it's my fault but next day there was a dead bee in the floor despite windows shut. It was really noisy by my door at 10am. Lot if slamming. I didn't go to free breakfast bc I wanted Borough Market, 17 mins on foot. It's fine for an overnight if you temper expectations.

I booked this hotel as an emergency because my flight had been changed, but it turned out to be a great choice. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Sharam. He was incredibly kind and supportive during a very difficult moment when my phone was stolen. His patience, empathy, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I really appreciate everything he did for me. Thank you again! If I ever come back to London, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Affordable, and acceptable food options nearby. I will admit I am not impressed with the overall hotel size, the hallways, stairs, lobby, and rooms are all very cramped. Affordable option if you are a solo traveler or are someone that does not need much space.
