in the last weekAs a first time international visitor I did not want to to write a poor review… but a very rude employee had me in tears despite me explaining that I’m learning how to speak Spanish and I could not translate my sentences fast enough which resulted in her losing patience with me because of my English. I hope the customer service improves around greeting international visitors I work with many different nationalities and was very upset with the treatment of this one staff. I’m here on business and travelling alone and found the attitude of this lady very unacceptable as a representation of the company and other friendly staff.

a week agoIn the year 2026, they charge extra for "business" Wi-Fi that, apparently, works fine. The regular Wi-Fi, included in the room rate of a 4-star hotel, is slower than the 56kbps modem I had at home in 2005. This makes working a real chore, unless you pay extra.
