in the last weekOriginally I had booked the grand deluxe room but got upgraded to the junior suite which was really nice. The room was very spacious and felt very comfortable with the AC. My only problems were that I felt the housekeeping didnt do a good job preparing the room as my room was missing items, had a broken cup and some things were dusty. I did contact reception who did correct the problems immediately. Aside from that, it was a nice stay. Additionally, as I booked through Amex travel, I was not informed that the week I was staying the bar would be closed and the restaurant had construction causing you to have to eat outside during a heat wave.
