in the last weekThe staff are wonderful! They explained dining options at Shula's and had the Sizzler menu clearly posted. The room was clean and comfortable with a refrigerator but no microwave. There is a microwave in the small convenience store in the lobby. The pool is beautiful! The shuttle to the beach was perfect. The driver provides chairs, towels, and water and drops you at the start of the boardwalk. A tram cart takes you down the boardwalk to the beach and a bar/restaurant with restrooms. The tram and shuttle take you back to the hotel too.

in the last weekVery nice property in a great location. It's almost like a boutique hotel in size. The grounds are beautiful and rooms comfortable. There is a Shula's steakhouse inside the lobby that is top shelf. Wedge salad, seven ounce sirloin prepared medium,mashed potatoes and creme brulee did the trick. Our serve was very knowledgeable and attentive. In fact, the entire staff was totally professional and treated us wonderfully. Our group noted that several times- it stood out that much. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure while in Naples!
