in the last weekVery friendly staff and a good location, but with a few minor drawbacks. The Delle Nazioni Milan Hotel is a solid hotel in a great location in Milan. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating – you immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms are clean and functional, and the breakfast is good with a decent selection. Overall, everything was excellent – except for two things that slightly marred the stay: there were mosquitoes in the room, which was bothersome at night, and a strange, unpleasant odor in the hallway. In conclusion: A recommendable hotel with excellent service and a good location. If you can tolerate minor inconveniences like mosquitoes and the occasional odor in the hallway, you'll be satisfied. 4 stars – with better ventilation and mosquito netting, it would be a perfect score.

in the last weekTerrible experience from the moment I arrived. I received no proper welcome and was told—through a monitor while standing at the entrance—that my voucher was not valid. Can you believe that? Sadah was the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that no manager was on duty and that I would have to return the next day. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this hotel. I stayed in C Hotel and it’s across the street. Thats a great hotel with best service
