The atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what truly made our evening exceptional was our server, Anoop. He was fantastic—attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome. His excellent service made the entire experience even more memorable. Highly recommend Cipasso, and if you have the chance, ask for Anoop!

We ordered an appetizer and two entrees, and only one of the dishes was okay, and even that was overly salty (and I usually love salty food). The service wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t particularly great either. Overall, the experience was just average, and unfortunately, this was our least memorable meal in Rome.
