in the last weekThe arrival at the hotel was fine, but at check-in, we had booked a SPACE room with a terrace through Rumbo, but the receptionist showed us on her computer that it was a LITTLE STAR room, which wasn't correct. It was nothing but problems. We had to pay €60 if we wanted to upgrade our room category when they didn't actually offer us what we booked. That's your problem, not ours; if that's the case, don't let Rumbo make your reservations. To top it all off, they offered us breakfast for free as compensation, but I see a lack of communication among the hotel staff because they told us twice during breakfast that we hadn't received it, and we had to tell them to speak to reception. Furthermore, adding to this, we checked out at reception for 2 pm, and apparently, they came up and opened our room door, saying that we should have checked out earlier and that we had to tell them at 2 pm. It was a complete disgrace, a total invasion of privacy for both my partner and me. They could have at least called the phone number; that's what it's there for.
