a week agoNot sure if someone made a mistake when brewing or something, but the Mexican bean based cold brew I had today was quite disappointing; tasted very watered out and lacking in flavor. I drink a lot of cold brew at various specialty coffee spots, as well as brew daily at home, so I hope they make adjustments to up the level on this, especially at $7.08!

3 weeks agoI work in speciality coffee and it is oftentimes difficult to find someone who will treat your pour over with the same care and attention that you would give it. The barista was alone and the shop was busy enough that there was often a line at least three people deep. This did not detract from any quality that I saw coming from this shop. The barista still made sure she purged the grinder, rinsed the filter, and spent the time and attention to brew the coffee well. The coffee was a Colombia Pink Bourbon and it was wonderful. Really cute neighborhood shop. Highly recommend.
