So, this is our first time here. Great pub, super friendly landlady, simply cool. Sitting outside and just enjoying yourself – the Friesenstube is definitely the place to be!
We visited the pub on Friday and Saturday. We met some nice people there. The service from the owner was good at first. The busier it got, the more unfriendly she became. The worst part was on Saturday. We stopped in after a concert to celebrate my birthday. I accidentally spilled a small beer. The owner came running up in a rage, said "Great," got a mop, mumbled something into her beard, and gave me a disapproving look. We paid immediately and left. Anyone who can't handle stress in the hospitality industry shouldn't go there. The other staff members were super nice. Otherwise, the pub is great.
