a week agoLoved staying here! I only stayed for two nights but I wish I had stayed longer. The bed and bathroom was comfortable. My room was spacious and even had a walk in closet. The staff was helpful, especially the efficient people working the breakfast area. The breakfast had a good offering of cheeses and toppings for yogurt which is exactly what I value. Thank you for the comfortable stay. Keep doing what you’re doing!

a week agoThe hotel is nice, within walking distance of the train station, and pet-friendly. However, a few hours after check-in, while I was in my room, other guests entered using a key card that opened my door. When I reported it to reception, I was casually told that their system sometimes assigns the same room to multiple guests. They issued a new room key and advised locking the door from the inside. I would expect a five-star hotel to have safeguards in place, especially since they are already aware of such an issue. A room assignment error is a serious privacy and security concern, especially for a woman travelling alone.
