We were regulars for many years and always enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, since the change of ownership, the restaurant has deteriorated significantly.
Today, we sat down on a bench that had just become available. However, the waiter ignored us, even though he was taking orders at all the other tables. After I asked a colleague to let him know that we would like to order, he came to our table and simply asked if we had complained about him. After we confirmed that we had, he continued to ignore us.
That was our last visit. We left the restaurant and ate somewhere else. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior towards long-time regulars is absolutely disappointing.
