Zum Fußballspiele gucken ist die Sportsbar okay. Normalerweise würde ich dort aber nicht hingehen. Bei den Preisen fühlt man sich als ob man wirklich in den USA wäre. Die Türsteher sind nicht unfreundlich, aber mehr auch nicht. Die Bedienung war relativ schnell vor Ort und hat die Getränke gebracht. Das Essen war durchschnittlich. Zudem war es extrem stickig und warm in der Sportsbar. Auch bedingt durch die warmen Temperaturen draußen, aber Klimaanlage waren praktisch nicht vorhanden und die Fenster wurden auch nicht geöffnet. Eine positive Sache sind die vielen Bildschirm, d.h. egal wo man saß, man konnte immer einen Bildschirm sehen.
I really liked the atmosphere. The style of an American sports bar is quite rare in Germany and makes the place something special.
The food was okay overall. Some of it was a bit dry, but the smash burgers were a winner and definitely the highlight of the menu.
The biggest criticism is the service. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately very slow and often barely present. Sometimes you had to wait a long time or even find someone at all.
Another point of criticism is the way they handle Google reviews. Google itself now points out that a very high number of reviews have been removed from this business in the last twelve months. Of course, some of these could be legitimately removed fake or offensive reviews. However, with such a high number, it still gives me the impression that criticism is dealt with more through legal action than through improvements. Transparency and an open approach to feedback would inspire much more trust.
It's a shame, because the concept and the atmosphere really have potential. With faster service and a better handling of criticism, the overall impression would be much more positive.
