a week agoWir waren das erste Mal im Radisson Blue Köln und für 3 Nächte hier. Der Lobby Bereich ist durch seine Höhe sehr imposant und die Bar und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig und mit einer begehbaren Dusche ausgestattet. Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Tiefgarage (26,-€/24h) mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Wer ein Hotel abseits des Innenstadtlärms sucht, wird hier sehr schnell fündig. Unser besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Baumert. Schon beim Check-in haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt und alle Wünsche erfüllt. Herr Baumert besticht durch seine Freundlichkeit und Professionalität und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderen gemacht. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch im Oktober.

a week agoI was there for a training course, and the staff, service, and rooms were excellent. The breakfast buffet was great. However, none of the lunch options I selected via the order form were satisfactory. They were too cold and the wrong things I ordered.

a week agoThe hotel itself is excellent, both in terms of service and rooms. The food, if you don't order from the buffet, is not worth mentioning. It's too cold, too slow, and you don't get what you ordered, but something else entirely.
