The waiters were not polite, and the service was quite slow. The employee who greeted us was quite rude. Although we made our reservation one day in advance, we were given a table innerside. The staff’s English was also not sufficient for clear communication. Most importantly, although we clearly confirmed that our order was beef, we were served a white meat that we could not accurately identify. This was particularly concerning and disappointing. The way they handle customer feedback, along with their arrogant attitude, speaks for itself. This was my first and last visit. I would not recommend this restaurant.
A fantastic location on the promenade for a warm summer evening by the Main River, with delicious food and drinks. It's self-service, but the staff at the counter are very friendly and relaxed. We had a wonderful evening with three adults and two children.
