The veal schnitzel with braised chanterelles, Béarnaise sauce, and a side of potato and cucumber salad was very good. The Béarnaise sauce deserves special mention!
The crème brûlée with Tahitian vanilla and marinated cherries was also very good!
I'm writing this review regarding the restaurant. The cake is fantastic, as are the location and service. Unfortunately, there are hardly any vegetarian or vegan dishes. Not even the salads are vegetarian. By 2026, they should be offering at least five different vegetarian and five vegan dishes on the menu. It's definitely a gap in the market, and this could attract a lot more customers. Unfortunately, I can't come back unless the selection of vegetarian dishes increases.
Our first visit to Overkamp treated us to a delicious dinner, excellent drinks, a wonderful atmosphere, and charming and attentive service.
We'll be back!
