An extraordinary culinary experience that will stay with us for a long time! For me, this restaurant is without a doubt one of the best I've ever visited in Germany. Even compared to excellent restaurants in France, it left a very special impression on us. Here, not only is the quality of the food outstanding, but also the attention to detail, the harmony of flavors, and the overall atmosphere. Everything we ordered that evening was superbly prepared and of a very high standard in terms of taste. With every dish, you had the feeling that the individual ingredients had been carefully selected and the different flavors very consciously combined. A particular highlight for me was the tomato soup. I honestly can't remember ever having eaten a tomato soup with such a perfect balance of flavors before. It was pleasantly spicy, had a subtle natural sweetness, just the right amount of saltiness, and at the same time a wonderfully balanced acidity. No single flavor dominated – everything complemented each other to create a harmonious whole. For my personal taste, this combination was simply perfect. A dish that might seem simple at first glance, but completely won me over with its flavor. The steak with mushrooms and sauce was also excellent. The meat was wonderfully tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The seasoning was pleasant and very well-balanced, allowing the natural flavor of the meat to shine through. The mushrooms and sauce complemented the steak perfectly, making the dish a truly delightful experience. Even the salad, which at first glance seemed rather simple and uncomplicated, surprised us. It was here that I realized how much attention to detail goes into the seemingly small things: The dressing was simply divine. Wonderfully balanced, aromatic, and so perfectly matched that it transformed a seemingly simple salad into something truly special. What I particularly appreciated was the harmony of the entire cuisine. It's not about impressing with as many ingredients as possible or overly complicated combinations. Rather, great emphasis seems to be placed on ensuring that each individual component has its place and that the flavors harmonize perfectly. For me, this balance is what truly defines good cuisine. A huge compliment and my heartfelt thanks to the kitchen and the entire team for this wonderful evening and this exceptional culinary experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit from beginning to end and left with wonderful memories. This is not just a restaurant you visit, but one you'll fondly remember. I can wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back!
