Super 8 by Wyndham Munich City North

I spent 14 days at this hotel. First, I'd like to commend the reception staff, who were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is also good. Unfortunately, the negative experiences far outweighed the positives, especially regarding cleanliness. In my opinion, the rooms weren't properly cleaned at all during my stay. The cleaning staff only changed the towels and emptied the trash. To check whether the bathroom was actually being cleaned, I even deliberately left something in a certain spot – and it wasn't removed. This unfortunately confirmed my suspicion that it wasn't being cleaned thoroughly. The very unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom every day, which sometimes permeated the entire room, was particularly bothersome. After 14 days, I was truly disgusted and very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The amenities were also disappointing for such a long stay. There was neither a small refrigerator nor a kettle in the room. When I finally borrowed a kettle from reception, it was so badly scaled and dirty inside that I hardly wanted to use it. For a 14-day stay, I definitely expected something different. Looking back, I regret booking this hotel. Despite the friendly reception staff and the good location, I personally wouldn't stay here again. Sara Obeidat

It's bad, I don't know what people are praising it for. As soon as we arrived, we entered the room and there was no air conditioning. We asked for it to be changed, and it was the same thing. The air conditioning is only in name; it doesn't cool at all, it just blows air. Besides that, the employee who works the evening shift is not cooperating with us at all. Thirdly, even the rooms don't have tissues, and the bathroom is not clean. The shower areas have black mold, and this is harmful to human health.
