in the last weekRooms are okay two bed with electric fan, clean and spacious. About the Service, it's like self Service, there is water dispenser. Breakfast Buffet is Good. there are not many choices but they have everything and u can request vegan milk or lactus free milk if you like. Just one thing, When we check-in one staff is unfriendly and arrogant the way she communicate us.

a week agoSTAY AWAY FROM THIS OBJECT. Location, cleanliness, air conditioning, service - everything is awful. A piece of advice; before picking this awful hotel check all reviews, both on google and booking, even though almost all of those better reviews are their own ones. I am very sad I didn’t check better before I went there. And don’t book this hotel if you want a safe place for your car, because even though the hotel has more rooms, they only have 4 parking spots and there is no guarantee that you will have a parking spot waiting for you. I came to this hotel at 3am, because just then had I arrived from my big trip. After paying for my room, they said that there is no parking spot for my car. As someone who values their car, I always search for a hotel with a parking spot guaranteed. But, this was a big scam. All of the parking spots were full and one of my traveling partners suggested that we squeeze our car just for the one night we were staying. The worker there didn’t even try to listen to us but rather told us to leave our expensive car out on the street, where there was a lot of muggers waiting to steal our car. We then refused to stay at the hotel and wanted to leave and get our money back BECAUSE WE WERE NOT STAYING IN THE HOTEL, but they told us that they will not give us our money back. They were very rude at it. We contacted the owners the very next day who were just as rude. As someone who travels a lot and goes to much better places this hotel is a real nightmare. The hotel is also not located in the city centre of Munich. When you come into the hotel, it looks like you’ve come into a shaggy motel or construction site. It smells awfully, it is not clean, there is no air conditioning. I am very disappointed with this situation, how they handled it and with the service. It’s not a problem for the money, even though it was unfairly taken away from us - but with their awful attitude.

a week agoNahe am Bahnhof. Zimmer sehr einfach gehalten. Duschkopf fast auseinander gefallen. Also bei der Dusche liegt definitiv Luft nach oben. Jedoch war das Zimmer sauber. Aber für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr erhofft.
