My first time visiting this place and I really enjoyed it. The entire concept was so fun that I cant wait to go again.

Went on a Saturday with family. We got there late at 4:30 (original reservation was for 4, we were able to push it back). Recommend going earlier if you have kids as it’s 21 and up after 6p. The food was really good! It seems like there may not be enough waitstaff, but they were very friendly. The kids had a lot of fun, we were waiting some time for food and drinks so the adults didn’t get to move from the table much. I’d go back - was still a good time

We came here to celebrate my husband and cousin’s birthdays with a party of 10, and overall we had an amazing time! Josh was absolutely wonderful! He was very kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Since it was our first time there, he took the time to help us understand everything and even assisted us when we decided we wanted to bowl. You could tell he genuinely wanted our group to have a great experience, and I really appreciated that. The atmosphere was AMAZING! There were so many games and activities for our party of 10 that we literally did not want to leave. We had children with us, so we had to leave by 6 p.m., and we were trying to squeeze in as much of the experience as possible. We ended up bowling for an hour as well and had such a good time. Unfortunately, the food and service were the disappointing parts of our visit. We ordered quite a bit of food, including the sliders. We had to send the sliders back because there was something extremely hard inside one of them that seemed like it could have been a bone. We were told they would reorder them for us, but unfortunately, we never received the replacement. What was even more disappointing is that we were still charged for the sliders even though we never received the replacement. Out of everything we ordered, the rice was definitely the BEST! We substituted the pork for chicken, and it was a 10/10. I would absolutely order that again! Our server, however, did not come across as very warm or genuine. Several times she told us she would be right back because she needed to greet her other tables, which we understood. What really bothered me, though, was what happened when it was time to pay. My husband paid half of the bill, and our aunt was paying the other half. At the time, our aunt was on the other side of the venue enjoying the arcade games while we were bowling, so we were simply trying to locate her. We had JUST started our one-hour bowling session, so we clearly were not trying to leave without paying. The server came over to my husband and said, “I talked to my manager, and he said if you all don’t pay the other half of the bill, we will automatically charge the card you just gave us.” That felt unnecessarily aggressive and honestly put a damper on an otherwise great experience. No one was refusing to pay, attempting to leave, or avoiding the bill. We were still actively bowling and enjoying the activities we had paid for. We simply needed a moment to locate our aunt, who was elsewhere in the venue. Thankfully, our aunt walked over shortly afterward, and the server immediately said, “Oh great! Here’s your bill!” Despite those issues, we really did enjoy ourselves and would come back because the atmosphere and activities were fantastic. Josh especially deserves recognition for his customer service because he made us feel welcomed and helped make our birthday celebration special. I just hope management encourages a little more patience and hospitality from the serving staff. Other than that, we had a great time and literally did not want to leave! We will be back
